  The date the final destination branch is to execute the transfer (i.e. transfer the money). Field number 32A in a SWIFT transfer.
  Date when funds due under a contract require to be delivered.
  The date when the amount relating to a financial transaction is actually to effect the balance of the account. This allows the transaction to be processed through the system as soon as an event happens (for example a cheque is deposited) and the system will automatically `hold' the transaction until a period has passed (in this example the time needed to clear the cheque). Until the `hold' period is passed the funds will not be available for the client to draw upon or use as collateral.
